I’m renting out a really spacious, bright double room in my flat in Bayswater. The room gets loads of natural light and has plenty of space to make it your own. You will also have your own bathroom and toilet.

The flat is split over two floors and is super airy, with lots of room to hang out. There’s a lovely kitchen and dining area, large living room, plus an incredible private patio and separately balconies on the room sides.

Location-wise, it’s hard to beat: about a 10-minute walk to Royal Oak, Paddington, Bayswater, and Queensway stations, so getting around is really easy.

A bit about me: I’m 30, work in tech, and have a pretty active lifestyle. I usually work from home 2–3 days a week. I’m looking for someone who’s clean, tidy, easygoing, and up for a smooth and fun co-living setup.

The flat is well equipped with everything you need day to day.

Available from May, but move-in is flexible.
