Charming Ground Floor Flat and Garden

I am looking for a room mate for my charming ground floor flat over the summer and potentially longer if it's the right fit.

The apartment is ideal for sharing as the Bedrooms and Bathrooms are at opposite ends with a Kitchen/Living and entry space between them.

Access to the Garden is through the master. Spare is offered as part of this ad but garden access is alternatively available or use of Master could be negotiated.

The spare has a double bed, attached dressing area (currently used as a gym) with in-built wardrobes and storage space - this has a separating door from the entrance area. An ensuite bath and shower room is then accessed through the room.
