Looking for a roomie in Paddington/Bayswater

Hi there!
My name is Eva, I’m a 25 years old Dutchie and moved from Amsterdam to London last September for my postgraduate in diplomacy and international relations at SOAS. I work part time at a coffee shop in Marylebone and I’m a DJ! I’ve been living in my lovely apartment in Paddington and am currently looking for a roomie at the start of June that can sublet for the first three months and can be put on a long-term contract from September!

A bit about the apartment and the room:
-the room is about 19m2 with glass doors that open and lead to a tiny tiny garden (see pic)
-rent is 975£ exclusive, with additional costs around 120-150£ per month
-the house doesn’t have a living room, but does have a hallway, kitchen and bathroom. The street also shares a beautiful private garden (see pic)
-you will be living with one roommate (which is me:))

I’m looking for someone that likes to be friends with their roomies and enjoys doing activities together, like cooking together, grabbing a coffee, having a pint, vintage shopping or simply having a stroll or hangout at the house!
I’m an outgoing person that likes to enjoy everything this city has to offer and love to have a roomie I can be close with and have fun with.
