Flatmate needed - Girls only

Hi,

My name is Dimitra and I am looking to sublet my flat for the summer months with the potential to extend the sublet if needed/agreed. The flat is 2 streets away from Hyde park, 5’ walk from Paddington station (Elizabeth line, Bakerloo line etc) and 5’ walk from Lancaster Gate (Central line). The room has a double bed, a desk, a sofa, a coffee table, a dinner table and 2 chairs, a desk chair, a dresser and a hanger/wardrobe. It also has access to a patio that is not shared with any other flats. It’s in lower ground floor but it has a lot of light and the kitchen and bathroom are shared with one more flatmate. She’s also a girl and she has just finished her masters degree. I am looking for a girl around our ages (twenties) to take over the room from June until September (the dates are flexible depending on what suits you) so if this sounds like a fit for you message me and we can arrange a call to meet and discuss the details :)
