Fourth Flatmate Wanted!

Hi! We are looking for a fourth roommate for our beautiful house across the street from Hyde Park.

About Us:
We are three young professionals, two from the United States and one from New Zealand, all working in the city. We love to hang out and spend time together, whether it be kitchen hangouts, movie nights, or going out on the weekends. We are looking for a like minded woman, aged 23-27, who are also currently working in London.

About the Room/House:
The available room has a double bed, built-in closet, dresser, desk and chair, and window. The bathroom is shared with one other flatmate. The rent is 1167 a month (paid monthly) plus bills and council tax.

Our house has a large kitchen, living room, 4 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, and a rooftop terrace overlooking Hyde Park. It is a townhouse - so lots of stairs!

Queensway station (central line) is a two minute walk and Bayswater station (circle and district line) is a 5 minute walk. Several grocery stores within a 10min walk as well.
