A bright double room is coming up in our Bayswater house — a well kept, easy place to live with a great location.

The house has 4 bedrooms over two floors, with a full modern bathroom on each floor. There’s a large shared living room overlooking Queensway and a roof terrace that gets proper use in summer — BBQs, drinks, or just lounging in the sun.

Flatmates: three of us at the moment — one French, one English and one from New Zealand. All young professionals, easy-going, sociable when it suits but respectful of each other’s space.

The location is hard to beat: 4 tube lines within a 3 minute walk (Central, Circle, District and Hammersmith & City), 24-hour bus routes on the doorstep, and Hyde Park 5 minutes away.

Bills are £100–130 pcm depending on the month, covering electricity, heating, council tax, water, fibre internet, TV licence and a weekly professional cleaner.

Deposit is £785 paid directly to the current tenant.

The room is available for a move-in between the 19th and 23rd of August — happy to work around your dates within that window.
