After 6 years in this super cute flat in this amazing neighbourhood, I’m moving out, and my flatmate and I are looking for my replacement. 🏡

You’ll be sharing this 2-double-bedroom flat with her. There’s a big kitchen, a large bathroom (shared between the two of you), and a cute little living room area.

The flat is very clean, warm during the winter and cool during the summer.

My flatmate works 9–5 from the office. She’s incredibly friendly, lovely, and a great person to live with (I’m going to miss her! 🥹).

The location is phenomenal:
• 10 minutes’ walk from Hyde Park
• Paddington, Queensway, Bayswater and Royal Oak stations are all within a 10-minute walk
• Plenty of grocery stores nearby, including a very large Waitrose
• Great pubs, popular restaurants and lots of coffee shops
• Boots and the Post Office are both 3 minutes away

The new tenant can move in any day between 15–30 September.
