!Sublease October - November! Double in Bayswater

Hi! I'm Rebecca, 21, Brazilian and working in fashion. I'm heading to Japan for work and looking for someone lovely to take my room until around 27th November.

My room is a spacious, light-filled double with loads of storage and a dreamy walk-in closet. It comes fully furnished, and everything stays as it is except my clothes and bed sheets (so just bring your own bedding). Since this is my home, I'd love it to go to someone who'll treat it with the same care I do.

The whole flat is bright and airy, with windows all through the house. The living room is a real highlight: huge, full of natural light, and perfect for unwinding after a long day or having a friend over. There's a fully equipped kitchen with a good-sized fridge, a washer and dryer, and a cosy, well-kept bathroom. The landlord is super helpful, and a handyman is available whenever anything needs fixing.

You'll be sharing with my close friend Lucy, a Swiss fashion designer. She's out most of the time with work and clients, so you'll often have the place to yourself. When she's home she's incredibly easy-going and genuinely great company, the perfect mix of privacy and good vibes.

The location is hard to beat: right opposite The Park Hotel, just 2 minutes from Bayswater station, 3 minutes from Queensway, and 3 minutes from Hyde Park, in a beautiful, lively neighborhood.

Available: 16th October until around 27th November (!!BILLS INCLUDED!!)
