I am looking for someone to take over a room in a 2 bed 2 bathroom flat in Lancaster Gate (Paddington/Bayswater, right in front of Hyde Park). The person would have to be in the tenancy contract (minimum 12 months). Price around 1450 pmc bills excluded. The room currently has a single bed but also fits a double bed, comes with private newly renovated bathroom (not ensuite). Flat is lovely, on the 3rd floor, with porter, elevator, and it is south facing with plenty of light :)
