Beautiful ensuite, garden, huge living area

This is the loft flat of a stucco-fronted property.

The loft has been converted into a huge living / dining space as well as having a separate kitchen and 3 full sized bedrooms.

We have access to a private garden with a key, the full notting hill experience.

I stay in the bedroom without an ensuite, I have a very old black cat called Willow who spends most of the day asleep under my bed. I work from office 5 days a week long hours and am not in the property much.

Huge preference for people who like an OCD clean flat.
