Free accommodation in exchange for 15 hrs work p/w

Amazing location (just above Hyde Park!) and lovely room overlooking front shared garden.

The role:
Average 15 hours per week helping landlady with general running of her household (cleaning, laundry, ironing, occasional childminding 13 year old daughter, food shopping/errands, looking after the house when they're away, maybe some admin)
Must be relatively flexible, but hours can be worked around another job. Communication important :)

The exchange:
A lovely room with no bills in central London! You will be living in a separate shared flat with 2 professionals. Perfect for someone working part-time, a student, or someone wanting to save a bit of money!

You:
Need to be reliable, flexible, hard working and enjoy spending time with teens
Must be a non smoker and have excellent English
Car driver with own car would be a plus!
CRB checked preferred
1 year commitment
2 references and a smallish deposit is required

I have been working full-time in a school alongside this arrangement and it has worked out very well, but am having to leave due to the location of my job. I would like to find a suitable candidate to take over from me when I leave - to start at the beginning of September (interviews to be held from August 11th)
