The property is a new build duplex flat on the ground floor. Downstairs is the communal dining area, kitchen and small toilet. Upstairs are 3 bedrooms, communal living area and bathroom. There is an outdoor leisure area for residents only with benches and foliage - all very picturesque!

There is a furnished double room available with a double bed, mattress, desk, bedside table and chair.

We would prefer a female flatmate as there are only females who live here. Professionals or students both very welcome. No smoking and though we love animals no pets!

Must note this is a Halal household, so a Muslim flatmate would be the most comfortable living here.

The room is for one person only, no couples please.

Laundry and kitchen facilities available to use with self-bought items.

A MINUTE WALK to Gallions Reach DLR station and short walking distance to University of East London.

Less than a minute walk to local bus stop providing many frequent services to Beckton, Stratford, Barking, Ilford etc

It is important that the rent is paid on time and the individual is respectable. Huge bonus if you like to keep things neat and tidy!
