I'm looking for the right person to share my home rather than just rent out a room.

I'm a live-in landlord, and at the moment it's just me living in the house, so I'm looking for one friendly, easygoing young working professional who'd enjoy living in a relaxed and welcoming home. It would be great to find someone with similar interests who's happy to have the occasional chat, watch a movie together.

The house is fully furnished and has pretty much everything you need, including:

As I live here myself, the house is well looked after and fully equipped with all the everyday essentials.

I'm very outgoing and sociable. I work in tech and enjoy going to the cinema, watching theatre shows and plays, travelling whenever I can, trying new places to eat, and generally making the most of my weekends. I'd love to live with someone who's friendly, respectful, and looking for more than just somewhere to sleep

The house is in a quiet and safe residential area in Beckton, just a 7-minute walk to Beckton DLR station, making commuting into Canary Wharf, Stratford, or Central London quick and easy.

There are plenty of local amenities within walking distance, including supermarkets, cafés, gyms, parks, and the nearby Gallions Reach Retail Park with Asda, Tesco, Aldi, and many well-known high street brands, restaurants, and shops.
