The apartment has kitchen appliances and is fully furnished with cutlery, duvets and more.

5 mins walk away from DLR Gallions Reach.

The monthly rent for the apartment is 2,300 pounds. Because the room is an ensuite I want the arrangement to reflect that so I set the price as 1,300 but we can discuss that if needed!

Bills are not included, water is included in the rent so only electricity is payable. The council tax band is E.

Ideally someone easygoing, friendly and clean! Just a decent person who can communicate really haha.

I am pretty flexible with how people live (having guests/hosting events) as long as this is communicated and not disruptive or excessive :)
