Bright single room/ parking/ bills included

A small but bright and airy single room with an open, green view in leafy Chiswick. On the third and top floor so no one above. A quiet and friendly block with off street parking and communal garden. Only 5 minutes walk from Turnham Green station and 5 minutes from the High Street. Plenty of amenities nearby.

The room is furnished with a double bed, bookshelf, tv unit, small chest of drawers and built in wardrobe. Shared bathroom, kitchen and living room. Some extra storage in the garage for suitcases etc. We have two full size fridges, a washing machine and dishwasher.

We are a long term sharers. Very warm, friendly and welcoming. Two in the performing arts and one teacher. We have two well behaved cats. We are respectful and considerate of others..

Whilst we are very social we are not big drinkers and require no smoking or drug taking. Looking for someone fun, with a good sense of humour but relatively tidy and well-behaved (like our cats!) No preference as to age, culture or persuasion.
