One flatmate needed! FLEXIBLE contract!

Hello guys,

My flatmate and I recently moved into a nice 2-bed 2-bath flat in Belgravia/Victoria, but unfortunately due to the current circumstances, my flatmate decided to go back to her home country. I am now looking for someone to replace her either for short term or permanently.

I am advertising both rooms, as I am flexible and can switch the rooms should you decide to take the one I am currently staying in.

Room 1:
The room has a kingsize bed, a huge built-in wardrobe, a cosmetic table, two bedside tables and an en-suite shower room.

Room 2:
The room has a double bed, a bedside table, a wardrobe and your private bathroom is just next door.

There is also a chest of drawers and a separate wardrobe that could be switched between rooms in case you decide you want extra storage or not.

There is a spacious living room with a very comfy sofa, a TV, a coffee table, a table (which folds out) and a patio leading out into a communal garden. The kitchen has all the appliances (dishwasher, washing machine, toaster, kettle etc).
The flat is in a nice apartment block with 24-hour concierge, small garden, gym and sauna, lift, bicycle storage underground.

The flat is located 8-10 minutes away from Victoria station (Victoria, Circle and District Lines). Sloane Square station (Circle and District Lines) is a 8-minute walk as well. Just a stone's throw away to Victoria, Belgravia and Chelsea with plenty of supermarkets, restaurants, shops, pubs, bars etc. Very close to St James's, Green, Battersea and Hyde Parks.

I am a 24-year old woman, currently looking for a job (not the best time, I know LOL).

The rent for room 1 is £1,250 pm and for room 2 is £1,050 pm excluding bills. The deposit will depend on how long you want to stay.

The contract will be between you and me &former flatmate, however, you will have to go through basic reference and credit checks as requested by the letting agency, but this should not take long as it was very fast when we did it.
