We have a room going in our flat in Belsize Park as of April 17th and need a flatmate!

It's available from mid-April and is £135 per week or £585pm. Bills come to about £60 each per quarter (not month!). And we've got broadband/wi-fi, a dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer, which makes life a bit easier!

It's a three-bedroom flat with two bathrooms, big living-room and nice kitchen (which is usually tidy)...

With the wind behind you it's a 1m48s walk to Belsize Park tube station, in Zone 2 on the Northern Line. (9mins to Kings Cross, 12mins to Tottenham Court Road, 17mins to Bank).

The room isn't enormous and isn't too small (the Goldilocks of bedrooms), and currently easily fits a double bed, big wardrobe and chest of drawers, with floor space left for general boogying and/or bookcases and whatnot.

My name's Kaya (a guy, despite the slightly ambiguous name), I'm 24 and a journalist - a news reporter and album reviewer. I love discovering new music, reading slightly obscure South American novels, running around in rare moments of sunshine, cooking spicy concoctions...

My other flatmate is Nenad, 25, a friend of mine from uni and very nice guy - he works in finance and is quite quiet but a very good laugh and very considerate flatmate (as am I, I hope!).
