I am looking for a flatmate to share a lovely 3 bedroom, two storey, top floor flat in Haverstock Hill. Currently sharing the flat with my brother. Room available from for move in straight away.

Flat Location Details: Top floor flat on the second and third floor of a beautiful Victorian building overlooking the street on one side and the garden on the other. 7 minute walk from both Chalk Farm and Belsize Park (zone 2) and 12 minute walk from Kentish Town West (overground). It is very convenient for anywhere in central London especially as it is on the Northern Line which is also a Nigh time service (7 minutes to Euston / 16 minutes to Bank).

Bedroom details: This room is on the first floor of the flat and has greater access to all other rooms. It also has a high quality king size bed and mattress with an anti-allergy mattress protector. It has a large wardrobe with extensive hanging and shelf space, a bedside table with lamp, and a large window overlooking the street which receives sunlight throughout the day.

Flat details:
- Modern kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, fridge and extensive amenities such as air fryer, Nespresso machine, microwave, and all crockery and cutlery.
- Large living room with all brand new couches, coffee table, 60 inch TV, side tables, lamp, and rug.

Rent is to be paid by direct debit monthly on an agreed date. 12 month lease preferable. Renter will pay £1250 for the bedroom as rent. Bills are in the region of £100 per month for energy, water, and wifi. Council tax band E so around £100. Lodger will be expected to contribute to basic household expenses like toilet paper.

A bit about me: I am 24 and recently returned to London after having lived here for a year in 2023. I am completing a final year of study before becoming a trainee solicitor in corporate law. My brother is 27 and works in finance in the city. We are both big sportspeople so when not working we love to stay fit and play sports on the weekends/evenings.
