We are looking for one friendly, easy-going, tidy and social person to complete our amazing two-floor flat in Belsize Park.

Social house ideal for someone who enjoys spending time with housemates but has their own life outside of it.

No gender preferred, ages 25-34 and ideally someone who likes to go socialise (i. e pub/Food).

The room available:

(Top Floor) (Double; Large En-suite bathroom)- Rent £1,093 PCM. Bills not included. BILLS £125 PCM.

Chest of drawers (one without the TV) are owned by the outgoing tenant. The landlord will replace the Bed with a Double free of charge, but ideal if you have your own bed, so open to all, both unfurnished and furnished.

The room is back of the house facing, great views (See last picture). The room and En-suite has amazing natural light as seen by pictures and very quiet.

The living room and kitchen area is shared and has all essential furniture and appliances. There is also lots of storage available for your belongings.

The flat is in a beautiful and affluent area, and is a short walk to several shops, cafes, pubs, gyms, restaurants, Belsize Park tube station, Camden as well as both Hamstead Heath and Primrose Hill.

Current Tenants:

Izzy- 31- British. Works in Insurance Broking. WFH. Enjoys nights out and gigs.

Jack- 29- British. Works in Pharma. Flexible Office and WFH. Enjoys nights out and gigs. Plays Music in his spare time.

Michael- 32- British. Works in marketing at a law firm in the city. Enjoys football, going out and travelling. Works flexibly between home and the office.

Bills:

The current bills aren’t included in the Rent, but they are as follows per Month each Approx. £125 PCM (Inc Council Tax, Water, Gas & Electric & Broadband).
