Hello. I'm moving out of my flat in belsize park and am looking for someone to take over. The flat is less than a 5 minute walk from swiss cottage station and very close to central london. There's a co-op and tesco within 5 minutes walking distance. We are 3 minutes from Hampstead theatre and a 15 minute walk from belsize park station as well as Primrose Hill.

The room is relatively small but surprisingly good for storage. It is on the second floor of a two storey flat, 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a shared kitchen. 2 are ba drama students at Central and 1 is a masters student at SOAS. All current flatmates are girls so girls preferred! We would also like the new tenant to be a student (for council tax reasons).

The room listed shares a bathroom with 2 other bedrooms, and comes with a large table, a clothes rack and a double bed.

The rent is £1008.5 pm and the flat is currently with split the bills as part of their student deal of paying a fixed rate for unlimited water, heating, and electricity, so bills are easily sorted first of every month and usually around £92-£99. There is also a security deposit of £1182.5.
