Looking for someone to replace me in this cute double bedroom in beautiful Belsize Park. The room is currently available to move into, and comes furnished with bed, wardrobe and desk chair.

The flat is a 10 minute walk to nearby Chalk Farm and Belsize Park Northern Line stations, and Gospel Oak Overground. Also a five min walk to the 46 bus route to take you straight to central London. And just a 10 min walk to stunning Hampstead Heath.

You’d be living with Maha and Mymuna, two lovely friends in their 20’s. Ideally looking for another girl to join them until the original end date on our lease in September.

A note about the price. The reason it is so good for the area is that the Camden council has recently begun refurbishing construction on the apartment block and these will be continuing for the foreseeable. Our landlord has been kind enough to offer us a rent reduction, which is the amount you see listed.
