We’re looking for a new flatmate to join our lovely two-storey flat in Swiss Cottage, North London. The room is bright, spacious, and located on the second floor of the flat.

💷 Costs:
• Rent: £1,172.50 pcm
• Council tax: £185 pcm (split between you and Jamie, as Tanvi is a student)
• Bills: usually around £100-150 pcm depending on the season (cheaper in summer, higher in winter when heating is on)

About Us 👋
You’ll be living with Jamie (28) and Tanvi (26).

Jamie works in fintech and works from home 3 days a week, with 2 days in the office. Tanvi is a Master’s student studying Film.

We both lead fairly independent, active lives, but enjoy the occasional movie night, concerts, dinners, raves, or boogies together. We’re tidy, respectful of shared spaces, and looking for someone similar , ideally someone sociable and friendly, while also valuing personal time and space.

The flat is also smoker-friendly, so we’re looking for someone comfortable with that.
