Hi, advertising tenancy takeover for my room in Primrose Hill, available from start of June but flexible anytime in June to move in.

Sharing with Steve (Australian, 28, Vet) and Hannah (29, English/Maltease, works at finance company). Really lovely people and I've enjoyed the past year living here.

Rent is £881, and bills come to around £130 per month. Come frunished with double bed, built in wardrobe, chest of drawers and storage unit. There's a balcony, two large storage cupboards in hall and weekday concierge.

8 minute walk to Chalk Farm and 11 minute walk to Swiss Cottage.

Ideally looking for;
-someone aged between 25-31
-either working in office or hybrid
-ideally no smokers
-clean, respectful and social
-to pass reference checks ideally need to earn at least 30K a year and be in full-time employment
