We’re looking for a new housemate who is friendly, considerate and enjoys keeping their home clean and cared for. It’s a beautiful property in an amazing location, so we love it here as being in zone 2 we’re close to all the action and we can also escape to the heath to relax amongst the trees.

It's a lovely bright single room and you would share a clean and spacious bathroom with one female housemate - the other two housemates share another bathroom. The rent includes all bills.

It’s a unique set up as we are diverse ages in the household and we’re looking for someone who is open and friendly and doesn’t mind that this isn’t a party house. This home is more of our sanctuary and it’s a really lovely property that was renovated in recent years so will suit someone who is respectful of this and we have a good landlord who we maintain a good relationship with.

As a household we enjoy chatting and catching up and a brunch/coffee/walk/dinner every now and again, and everyone has their own lives and schedules so we’re often getting on with busy lives. We’ve also got nice neighbours.

We’re 10-15 min walk from Hampstead Heath, 9-10 min walk to Belsize Park tube (Northern line) and 14-15 min walk to Swiss Cottage and Finchley Road tube stations (Jubilee and Metropolitan lines).
