We have a bright, south-facing single room coming up in our 4-person flatshare and we're looking for a fun, relaxed and considerate new tenant to join the long-term tenancy from 11 September.

Beautiful property across 1st & 2nd floors, spacious and bright living room/kitchen/dining on top floor. The new tenant will share a bathroom with 2 others. One housemate has their own ensuite.

All bills included in the rent (incl utilities, council tax and wifi).
TV license is extra, split between housemates.

~10 min walk from Belsize Park (Northern line)
~15 walk from Swiss Cottage (Jubilee line)
~15 min walk from Hampstead Heath (Mildmay overground).

We're 3 females between ages 27-59 (hospitality, marketing/research, media), so it's a diverse flatshare and we're looking for someone fun, friendly and considerate to join, and it's important the new tenant also likes to keep their home clean and looked after, and is considerate about noise.

We're sociable people, chatting and catching up with each other as we go about, and we're also each busy with our own lives and schedules.

It's a short walk to Hampstead Heath and Primrose Hill so we enjoy going out for coffee/walks, or getting dinner out/at the flat when we can.
