I’m leaving my lovely flat and looking for someone to replace me and move in with my good friend Lola ❤
It is a double-bed located in Belsize Park, it’s genuinely the best location EVER and I don’t think I would’ve ever left this place if I wasn’t moving countries.
Here are some details on the location:
🚇 less than a minute from Belsize Park station (it’s across the road), which in on the Northern Line - roughly 20/25min to Central London
🌳 10min walk from Hampstead Heath
🌳 15min walk from Primrose Hill
🏋️ 7min away from a local gym
🏥 7min away from Royal Free Hospital
So many shops, cafes and restaurants around!
We are looking for a friendly and clean girl in their mid/late twenties or early twenties.
Lola is 30 and from Brazil. She is very chill, has a full-time job and works from home twice a week, so someone with a similar lifestyle would be ideal 😊 We actually met through this group in 2024, and she’s been the best flatmate and friend to me in the past 2 years we’ve lived together!
If you love cinema trips, Taylor Swift (our girl is going through a rough time rn but we love her), and Real Housewives of Salt Lake City that’s a plus lol!!
💵 Prices:
Rent: £1,250.00 - paid on the 1st of every month
Bills: £208.48 - the gas/electric bill tends to fluctuate but bills always come up to around ~£200
Deposit: £1,442.31
Changing the contract name: £50
