The house has three floors: The kitchen and living room are on the first floor, and is very spacious, bright and has a cute balcony. See the floor plan in the photos.

The kitchen features all modern conveniences including a microwave, fridge freezer and dishwasher. You also have access to the in-unit laundry room.

AREA
This is a mews house on a very lovely calm street very close to Chalk Farm, Primrose Hill, Belsize Park & Swiss Cottage. The area is a popular area to live in, some famous people who we saw recently and probably live around here are Tom Hiddleston, Helena Bonham Carter, Tim Burton, and David Williams!

The house is situated in Steeles Village with a few good pubs and cafes. dry cleaners, Tesco, Starbucks, some good coffee shops, and local grocers are on Englands Lane which is a short 3-minute walk.

Nearby is Primrose Hill, about a 10-minute walk away. In case you don't know it, it's a lovely park with a really good view of London, great for picnics and Sunday afternoons in the sun. There are lovely summer markets around the park.

TRANSPORT:
A very short walk to Chalk Farm station - Northern line (5 mins walk)
There is a bus stop next to the house (±1 minute) with busses taking you to Central London or Hampstead Heath.

HOUSEMATES:
I am a filmmaker and theatre director, I live a healthy lifestyle, and am often out for shoots but love staying in and watch a movie together. The other tenant is an actress who is working in theatre . we often have meals together and get along very well, we are like family, we are looking for someone who like us enjoys living in a house share. Plus we have our princess Papaya ( cat ) whom is the master of the house 😊
