Double Room in Friendly Bermondsey Houseshare

Hi,

Our housemate is sadly abandoning us to return to Melbourne, so we're looking to fill a room in our flat in Bermondsey. Looking for someone to sign a new contract with us in mid-September. We're one third Aussie (Wes) and Merryn and I are British. Open to all. We're all professionals in our mid-20s/early 30s, and looking for the someone similar.

The house: Good size ground-floor maisonette. There's four bedrooms, a good sized kitchen/living area with a dining table and patio doors leading to a paved back garden, which is great for BBQs. There's one shower/WC and a separate WC downstairs.

Bermondsey: Can get pretty much anywhere from here. House is 10/15 min walk from Bermondsey tube and 10 mins from South Bermondsey overground. Jubilee line can get you to Waterloo or London Bridge in under 5 minutes Close to lots of pubs, shops and good food.

Details: We deal with the landlord personally, and he's pretty good with anything like repairs. We all put money in to a house account for rent and bills. £600 would be due before the 13th of the month, so we can send to landlord. Bills are usually calculated at end of month and usually about £80 per month (incl. utilities, council tax and internet)
