I am leaving for new pastures and need someone to take over my lovely and cosy double room available from the 26th of January in a spacious and recently renovated beautiful house with 2 fully equipped bathrooms located in Bermondsey

The House:
- We have had a major revamp with a massive extension which is now forming a stylish open plan newly built in kitchen and living room. The living room has 2 couches with a Smart TV ( courtesy of one of the housemates) and a bookshelf.
An ideal place to relax after work.

The huge new kitchen is fully fitted with all appliances that you could ever wish for (washing machine, dishwasher, kettle, microwave, 2xfridge-freezer, plenty of cupboards and storage space dining table). It has a rooftop window with doors leading to the garden letting plenty of light inside. If you like cooking while being able to socialise this is the ideal place for you.

The garden is ideal for the summer when we love to have BBQs.

The renovation also resulted in a second fully equipped bathroom with shower so no queing for the bathrooms!
