Quiet Room in Bermondsey

Hello,

I will be moving out of this nice quiet room on a private road in Bermondsey as circumstances have changed and I will be moving out of London in the beginning of February to my new job in the midlands. As a result, I am looking or someone who can take over my room.

The Room:
It is a simple furnished room consisting of a double bed, large wardrobe for clothes, small night desk for knick knacks, a sizeable study desk/chair.

The Flat:
The flat has a fully outfitted kitchen with hob, oven, microwave, toaster, fridge/freezer, and washing machine. There is also a modern bathroom with nice hot water throughout the day.

Flatmates:
A very international house consisting of 2 males and 2 females, all of whom are young working professionals. You would be the 5th person in this household.

Rent:
160 per week with all bills included (water, electricity, gas, tax, wifi). (600 Deposit)

Viewings: I will be available to give viewings with arrangement from the 14th - 19th December then from 2nd - 17th January. Alternative viewings after these dates can be arranged with time in advance.
