Two lovely double rooms in Bermondsey

I am Nancy, mid 30’s and running my own food business in a vibrant market in Elephant & Castle. My two housemates have decided to leave at the end of the tenancy for their own adventures. I therefore have two decent sized double rooms in our furnished maisonette flat (house style above a shop) in South Bermondsey from 1st December available. Both rooms facing the back of the house so its nice and quiet and come with double bed, chest of drawers and wardrobe.

The house is located next to South Bermondsey rail station (5 mins/1 stop from London Bridge) and 10- minutes’ walk to the Jubilee (10 minutes to Green Park or Canary Wharf) & Overground (10 minutes to Shoreditch) lines.

The flat has a very large & bright living room, large kitchen/dining area, smaller bathroom with toilet & bath/shower. Sadly, we haven’t got an outside space but there are lovely parks and the river front nearby. Local supermarkets include two massive Tesco’s, Lidl and Aldi all a short walk or bike ride away. There is space to store one and possible two bikes in the hallway. And if you get hungry at night we got the local off-license, Pizza & Chinese on our door step.

I am looking for two lovely, like-minded housemates to enjoy a homely & social household. Ideally, in their late early/mid 30's, preferable male who like to stay longer than the minimum rent as this is my home since almost 3 years. You should be a mature student/professional who likes a nice social space, but not a massive party house.

As mentioned, I run my own food business for which I work quite a lot of hours outside but also often from home. Occasionally I am using the kitchen for test cooking and event preparations but will make sure you know about it in advance.

Bills are approx. £80-£90 PCM each for council tax, electric/gas, internet, water & a bi-weekly cleaner. There is free parking available outside.

Very reliable/decent private landlord. No fees. No hassle.
Contract will be either 6 months to start with.
