Hi! I am currently living in this flat, but I will be away for some time and thus I am subletting the place for a few months.

This is a sublet from February to middle of June (4 months and a half), similar periods to this can be considered. However, the tenancy will not
be replaced.

• The flat:

This is a spacious (~30 m²) studio, including: a small entrance hall, a bathroom (with a bathtub), a room with double bed, sofa, chest of drawers, a small table, and some other furniture, with plenty of storage space, including fitted shelves and closets.

The kitchen includes white goods, including a new washer-dryer machine (missing in the pictures). Good heating, controlled from the boiler in the kitchen.

This is an entirely self-contained flat, on the second floor.

• Location:

Fantastic links to the rest of London! 5 minutes walking to Bermondsey station, on the Jubilee line, giving great access to the city centre (15 minutes to Bank, as well as to Westminster, 22 minutes to Leicester Square), as well as to the East (18 min to Canary Wharf).

Very closed to The Shard and to Southbank.

The neighbourhood is well-served by shops and markets, including a Sainsbury's Local and a post office on the way to the underground station, a Tesco metro within a 10 minutes walk, and a Tesco extra within 15 minutes walk.

Southwark park just around the corner!
