Studio In Bermondsey Including Most Bills

Hi,

I have a cute studio next to South Bermondsey (and with free parking) available from the 11th of October 2022 (but I'm flexible with the move in date).

• Transport & Location:

Located in a nice and quiet residential area, just a few minutes’ walk from South Bermondsey station (which is one stop away from London Bridge station). Surrey Quays station (Overground), Bermondsey station (Jubilee line) and Canada water station (Jubilee line) are also in the area.

There are several supermarkets around (small as well as large ones like Tesco Extra and Asda), plus the Surrey Quays Shopping Centre close-by.

• The Studio:

The studio is rather spacious, with a kitchen that’s semi-separated from the rest, as well as a wide wardrobe area/storage space (located in between the main room and the bathroom). Fully-fitted kitchen. The kitchen floor is slightly squeaky but nothing disturbing.

The flat also benefits from double-glazed windows and a free parking space. The double-glazed windows can trap some water within due to condensation, but this doesn't affect living quality (but please open windows every now and then to prevent condensation as you would normally do:).

Heating is electrical and runs on an ‘economy 7 system’, which means you’ll pay much less if you use it off-peak.

The rent is 1150 pounds/month including bills (water, council tax, unlimited broadband) EXCEPT FOR electricity as this is per your consumption. I will also need 1-month deposit, and 1-month notice when you decide to leave.
