Hi there,

unfortunately one of our friends decided to move out and go back to Italy. Since we are renting the whole flat we have to find someone to replace him.

The property is located minutes away from Bermondsey tube station having amazing links throughout the city, specially for professionals working in south east London.

It is a 2 floors apartment with 1 bathroom, shared living room and fully equipped kitchen situated on the first floor, and bedrooms situated on the second floor.

We are looking for a tidy and friendly person who wants to make of this flat their HOME. We are pretty chilled, we like to share some time together (Netflix, Cooking or a glass of wine/tea or whatever) but also we do respect each other's privacy.

The rental price of £670 per calendar month includes all bills and Superfibre WiFi
