The flat is also under 10 mins walk to Burgess Park.

I have lived in this property since it was built and have loved it, but i am looking to re-let my room as I have purchased my first house. This flexible let is available from July 2020 with a lease running up to the start of Oct 2020. After which, there is an option to extend/bring friends in.
