Hi I'm Amy and I'm looking for a chilled, friendly and sociable young professional to move into my double bed room in Bermondsey. Looking to find someone willing to make friends and enjoy exploring London :)

-10 min walk to tube station
-plenty of space for a desk for WFH

The flat is perfect for those who want to experience central London, and use it as a base to explore the best food markets and cocktail bars, but still be in a residential area close to parks and friendly local pubs.

The flat:
- Our flat forms the ground floor of a house
- Outdoor patio space outside, that we've decked out with a table and chairs - a great space for having friends round.

- The shared living room is cosy, homely space with a TV with Netflix and streaming services, sofa, desk set up for working and an extensive plant collection.

- There is one shared bathroom with a bath and shower.

The room:
The room is spacious with a bay window and double bed, as well as a huge mirrored wardrobe and extra chest of drawers, so you won't be short on storage space. There's definitely room to fit in a desk also if you wish.

Your housemate:
Hannah is a 24 year old young professional working in Market Research, after studying Psychology at the Uni of Leeds. Hannah's working from home full time currently.

Activities:
Trying new restaurants and bars on Bermondsey Street, going to our local pub round the corner that does a fab roast and Sunday pub quiz, or getting a takeaway and watching Netflix.

The area:
- 10 min walk to Bermondsey tube station (Jubilee line)
- Near Bermondsey Street which has fantastic bars, restaurants, quirky independent shops
- Near Maltby Street Food Market
- 5 min walk from high street with Tesco, Iceland, fresh fruit/veg market
- 10 min walk to Southwark Park
- 25 min walk to London Bridge

The landlord:
Our landlord is friendly and easy going and quick to respond to any issues.

Bills:
Bills are approximately £110 per month which includes energy, water, council tax and broadband.
