The accommodation comprises of a two double bedrooms and a single bedroom and a double sofa-bed in the living room downstairs.

Upstairs there is also a bathroom with shower, and downstairs there is a large living room together with a well equipped open plan kitchen.

The kitchen has a washing machine with dryer, dishwasher, cooker, microwave and a large fridge.

The house is in a quiet residential area with no passing traffic.
There are garden in the front.

The house is about 10 minutes walk from Bermondsey tube station on the Jubilee line. From Bermondsey the journey time to the City just 10 minutes and to central London is under 10 minutes.
There are also many bus routes within 2 minutes walk of the house.

Tower Bridge it's just 15 minutes walk.
Greenwich park just 15 minutes to drive.
Old Compton street 20 minutes my underground. Just one stop from London Bridge Station and two stops from Canary Warf station on Jubilee line.
