Sublet in large room in house share bermondsey

Hello all!

Large furnished room becoming available in a lovely house share in Bermondsey, 8 minutes walk from Bermondsey station.

Rent is 726.17pm including internet.
Bills 82.17pm (energy company have sent us a letter saying our costs are reducing so this is likely to come down too!)

Will be becoming available early December but can be flexible! This room will be to take over my contract until mid February. The boys I live with want to continue to live in the house so the option to continue the contract further than February is there should you want to.

Ideally they’re looking for a female to replace me as they are keen to keep our homely dynamic the same. It is a relaxed and clean house, we like the feel to be homely rather than that of a house share. We are a social bunch which enjoy spending time together, mainly takeaways and beers 🤣 but also appreciate peace and quiet also. I’m a shift worker and they have always been quiet for me when I’ve been on nights.

Rich is a presenter and Will works in coding.
