I have a good sized double room available in a three bedroom flat in Bermondsey, Zone 2. We'd love to replace the current flatmate with someone as equally as fun and friendly. 
You'd be sharing the flat with two other flatmates who are friendly and enjoy socialising, whether that's having a cosy movie night or cooking a Sunday roast together. 
The room has a good sized wardrobe  chest of drawers, a bedside table and of course, a double bed with mattress. The flat has a large kitchen with integrated cooker and oven, dishwasher, large fridge freezer and a washing machine. The living room is spacious and leads out into a decent sized garden. The flat is a 5-10 minute walk from Bermondsey station, it has a variety of supermarkets and amenities close by, as well as being a short walk away from Tower Bridge! 
Parking is available and tenants are able to obtain a free parking permit from the council. 
The room is available now.

Bills aren't included in the rent price but are an additional £70 per month and includes council tax, water, electricity, internet and TV
