The flat is based 5 minutes of walking distance from Bermondsey Tube station.

The room is £475.00/calendar months, bills are included. One month deposit required. Internet available.

The room comes with brand new carpet, new bedding and curtains, soundproof double glazed windows, chest of drawers, bedside table and a wardrobe for hanging/folding clothes.

You would be sharing the flat with 1 girl and 2 guys, all working professionals.

Tube: Jubilee line (Stratford & Oxford street are both 15 mins)

Buses: 1, 47, 381, P12
Night bus: N1

Closest shopping centre: Surrey Quays, 10 mins walk and the closest park is Southwark Park, very nice and spacious.

You can find all sorts of small shops within 2 minutes of walk from the flat such as Tesco, Iceland, Poundland, Saver etc, our own fantastic bakery, post office, hairdressers, barbers, nail salons and a top tanning salon as well if you are into these kind of things.

The washing machine is brand new as well and the kitchen comes with a very powerful stove with grill and separate oven.
