Hello!

We are two friendly girls in our mid twenties looking for two new flatmates for our four bedroom flat.

Location:

The flat is located in Bermondsey. It is a 10 minute walk to Bermondsey Station (Jubilee Line) and 15 minute walk to Surrey Quays Station (Overground). There are a variety of grocery shops around including a big Tesco, Sainsburys, Iceland, Aldi etc. The flat is also located close to Southwark Park which is a beautiful scene for a walk or a run!

The Flat:

The flat is very modern with wooden floors and beautiful furniture. On the ground floor, there is the ensuite bedroom and a large kitchen / living area fully equipped inc washing machine, dishwasher, sofa and TV.

Room 1: Ensuite

The Ensuite room is lovely and very spacious. It is fully furnished with a double bed, desk/chair, full sized mirror and a big wardrobe. The ensuite has a typical shower, sink, toilet, mirror.

Room 2:

Similar sized room without ensuite on the first floor. The floor is shared with two girls with whom you would share the bathroom. The room is also fully furnished with a double bed, desk/chair, and a very large wardrobe - the storage in this room is great!

Us:
Catrina - 26 years old and a gallerist.
Pooja - 24 years old and a junior accountant.

Pooja is working from home during lockdown while Catrina is both working from home and visiting the gallery occasionally.

We’re both very friendly and get on well. We both have our own lives but love a catch up and a gossip session in the living room!

You:

We are looking for clean and sociable individuals to join our home. Must be 24 -32 and a professiona. Kindly refrain from messaging if not.
