If you’re easy-going and friendly, clean and tidy, and looking for a home (not a place to crash!) you might be the right person to join us.

We’re looking for someone to make this place a home. Ideally, you’ll be a professional or a mature student, of any gender and want a place to live..

Currently there are two double rooms to let:
Room 1 - available now until the end of August
Room 2 - available from June or July until the end of August
Short lets considered!

The flat is very roomy and has loads of common areas. There’s a large lounge which includes three sofas (one is a sofa bed) a balcony, a good sized kitchen with dining table in it, two toilets and a bathroom with an actual bath in it.

The flat is in a great location, very close to Bermondsey Tube Station (Zone 2 Jubilee line 24 hours service) giving good access to The City, Canary Wharf and the West End.

It’s just a 15 minute walk to Tower Bridge, Surrey Quays, Canada Water and Rotherhithe, and we’re super close to Southwark Park and the River Thames.

Shopping-wise, we’re near 2 wonderful Saturday food markets, at least 3 microbreweries and there are loads of grocery stores a short (5-10 mins) walk away. Bermondsey Street (with great pubs, galleries and shops) is a 15 minute walk away.

The current tenants are 2 Italian girls and 1 Hungarian guy. All of us are easy-going and friendly.
