I am looking for someone to join our homely and friendly house. It's a two-storey, ground floor flat. The double room is available from 8th June. It's located very close to Bermondsey station, a 7 minute walk (Jubilee line, very well connected) and costs £550 per month excluding bills.
(Usually come to around £82 a month)

Our home is clean, well-maintained, with plenty of room for hanging out in shared living space or having time to yourself in the bedroom or sunny garden. The room itself is small but there’s plenty of storage throughout the house! And for a great spot in London you cannot beat the price! We live quite communally - everyone chips in with cleaning and house management, and we often watch films or have barbeques. Our flatmates work in event production and film and can often be found browsing a local market on the weekends. We like to cook.

Southwark Park is right next door, the Thames is about a five minutes’ walk away, and the flat is located near key bus routes. We're close to London Bridge, Tower Bridge, and Deptford. There's easy access to supermarkets, local restaurants, and greenspace.

The space is really lovely and made better by the gorgeous people who live in it!
