Lovely Single Room in Bermondsey - Bills Included!

A cozy, furnished, single room with lots of natural light and a beautiful view is available in a quiet flat in South Bermondsey!

Move in date - Monday, 20th June. Can move in on 18th or 19th June if needed. I'm leaving the country hence looking for a replacement.

About the area:
- quiet, lovely neighbourhood with great public transport links into the city
- apartment is a 2 min walk to the bus stop, 14min walk to Bermondsey station (jubilee line), 12 min to Surrey Quays station (overground), 3 min to South Bermondsey station (national rail)
- lots of grocery stores at walking distance (Nisa Local - 2 mins, Tesco, Poundland and Iceland - 8 mins, Lidl - 18 mins)
- 7 min walk to PureGym and 5 min walk to the beautiful Southwark Park, which has a lovely café, athletic facilities and a recently renovated gym
- multiple coffee shops, pubs, breweries and restaurants at walking distance. The apartment is minutes away from the famous beer mile, Maltby market and Bermondsey Street
- 20 min walk to the Thames riverside and the iconic Victorian pub 'The Angel'

About the room/apartment:
- the room comes with a single bed, spacious cupboard, bedside table, study table and chair + separate storage space in the apartment
- all bills (utilities, internet, council tax, TV license) included in the rent, with one exception: £10 per month for a cleaner who comes in to clean the shared spaces once every 2 weeks
- the apartment is quiet and the flatmates are lovely! You will be sharing the place with 4 friendly flatmates (approx age 22-35), a mix of students and working professionals.
- a spacious kitchen, includes a washing machine, microwave, toaster, electric kettle, dining table, shared fridge, etc.
- there is a toilet downstairs and a bathroom upstairs. Availability has never been a problem since all flatmates have different schedules.

You will be signing a one-year contract with flexible termination - after the first 3 months, you can leave with a month's notice as long as you can find a replacement.

Note that the rent might increase by £10-15/m in the near future because of electric and gas prices in London increasing soon.
