A lovely double room is available in a modern terraced house, just a short distance from Elephant & Castle. The room is £965 a month, inclusive of all bills, a super fast optic internet, and cleaning of common areas twice a month.

We are seeking a young professional who is clean, respectful, and easy to get along with. Ideally you would work normal working hours.

We’re a friendly group who enjoy a good chat but also value personal space. This is more than just a flatshare – you’ll be welcomed into a supportive “house family” where we often enjoy the occasional drink together or simply hang out.

The location is excellent, with a large Tesco nearby and plenty of local shops within easy reach, making it convenient for all your everyday needs.

The house is hyper central near London Bridge Station, Bermondsey Station and Elephand & Castle. All these are under 30 mins walk or even quick by cycling.

As for house upkeep, while the cleaner handles the main cleaning duties, we all pitch in with the chores in between visits.
