Room available, bright room with sun-facing windows and a garden view.

The house is in the heart of Bermondsey, right next to Maltby Street Market. The house includes a living room, kitchen, two toilets, with a bath and shower, a beautiful garden. We have 1 quite old cat, I hope you like animals, she loves a cuddle!

We are looking for a single person, we don't accept couples for this room.

We are looking for professionals, not students. someone with fun, warm, positive energy. The room is available for 6 weeks with possibility of it being available for longer term. But perfect if you're looking for a stepping stone to the next place.

(Friendly advice, we are more likely to offer a viewing if you have a profile about you created to get to know you better).

The location is a 10-15 min walk from London Bridge station and Bermondsey underground station, depending on how late you are for work. A 5 minute walk from Tower Bridge and Bermondsey Street.

Move in date is 28th June. I only have time to do viewings next week as I am away the following week.

All bills are included within the price - they cover water, gas, electricity, council tax and WiFi.

Security deposit needed for the just in cases.
