The terrace house is within walking distance of London Bridge Underground and train station.

Three bedrooms all have a double bed with plenty of natural light and ample storage space. The house is fully furnished; including the fully equipped kitchen, the living room, two bathrooms, and the patio just outside the kitchen. There is a dining table, a sofa and a book case in the communal living room. We also have a backyard/patio which is ideal for BBQs.

There are two bathrooms, so no queues for the shower in the mornings.

The terrace house is situated next to Bermondsey Street which is brimming with bars, restaurants, pubs, and art galleries; and is at a walking distance to London Bridge, Tower Bridge, Borough Market and the Southbank.

It is also well connected to transport lines: both the Bermondsey (Jubilee) and the famously linked London Bridge (Jubilee, Northern, Southern, and Thameslink) stations are within walking distance of the house. The bus stop on the main road (2 minutes from the doorstep) has direct services to Holborn, Elephant & Castle (Bakerloo line), Waterloo, and Covent Garden.

The rent is 1,100-1200 per calendar month depending on the room.
The bills are approximately £150 per month, and they include electricity, gas, council tax, water and the wifi.
