Hi, I am going on holiday for 2-3 months from August, and I am planning to let my room for a short term only until I come back.

if you want to extend your stay for more than 2 months, you can move into another double room in the same flat, as my flatmate is moving on November 2

So you will always find something new to explore in your spare time.

There are also 4 different parks that are near the place. A place to walk, jog, and exercise. There are a few yoga studios and gyms nearby.

The flat has 2 toilets and a bathroom. The balcony and a shared living area are where you can chill and unwind after work. The room has a double-size bed, a fitted wardrobe and nice natural light. Available straight away with 1 month's advance and 1 month's deposit. Viewing is recommended.
