The room

The room is a good size and there are three built-in wardrobes and drawers under the bed so there is plenty of storage. The room comes fully furnished with a double bed, desk and chair ideal for working from home.

The flat

The kitchen is really spacious and has all the appliances you need including a washer/ dryer. There is also a sofa and TV which is perfect for relaxing at the end of the day. The bathroom is shared between 3 of us on the top floor.

The flat is really well located being 10 minutes from Bermondsey station (Jubilee line), 5 minutes from South Bermondsey station (goes to London Bridge in 5 mins), 15 minutes from Surrey Quays overground and the number 1 bus stops just outside. There is a large Tesco a 15 minute walk away and Southwark Park is a 5 minute walk which is perfect for summer!

The existing flatmates are are all professionals aged 23-28 and are super friendly, clean and chilled. We often eat together, sometime go out for a drink but also do our own thing. Hoping to find a similar female in their 20s to replace me.
