SUBLET: Double room + office/studio available NOW until August 31st in our friendly, relaxed and very well-connected house in Bermondsey/Canada Water, one stop from Canary Wharf and two stops from London Bridge!

SUPER well-connected and safe, it takes 15 minutes to get to Bond Street, there’s a big Tesco a 5 min walk away and the gorgeous Southwark Park is right outside our doorstep. 🌞🌳🌻🙌

It’s a great sized room with a lot of storage space and includes a separate small room above it which can been used as an office/studio space or extra storage space.

The shared spaces are fantastic too, with a modern kitchen, big lounge room and a garden! We can really spread out and have our own space in this house which is rare for such a central location.

It’s a great vibe here, we are two girls and one guy aged between 25-26 working in various creative jobs. We’re all clean and respectful people, looking for the right fit for our house for the summer.

Price is £1200pcm including bills!
